Discover the Latest Addition to Disney World’s Star Wars Galaxy’s Edge: The Mandalorian and Grogu
On Wednesday, the beloved Star Wars characters, The Mandalorian and Grogu, made their highly anticipated debut at Galaxy’s Edge.
The characters from the hit Disney+ series “The Mandalorian” debuted, completely unannounced, Wednesday at Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge, the park’s Star Wars-themed land.
The characters’ arrival, timed to the season three launch of “The Mandalorian,” sent fans at the park into a frenzy. Each time the characters appeared throughout the day, they were surrounded by eager visitors trying to catch a glimpse of the pair or take pictures.
Disney has said this is not a temporary addition and the characters will continue to make regular appearances in Black Spire Outpost, joining a lineup that includes other Star Wars characters such as stormtroopers and Kylo Ren.
The Mandalorian and Grogu have been appearing at Disneyland in California since November, after the character experience was announced at D23 Expo in September.
